CIOE 2025 Concludes Successfully! FreeSpirit Instruments’ Domestic White Light Interferometer and Atomic Force Microscope Attract Attention

On September 12, the 26th China International Optoelectronics Expo (CIOE 2025) concluded successfully in Shenzhen! ‌The exhibition achieved unprecedented success‌, attracting ‌143,645 professional visitors from around the world‌ over ‌3 days‌, setting a ‌new historical record‌.

As a leader in domestic high-end precision measurement equipment, FreeSpirit Instruments made a major appearance at the exhibition, fully displaying its independently developed white light interferometers (WLIs) and atomic force microscopes (AFMs) series products. Among them, the innovative white light interferometer and atomic force microscope combined system AFM-WLI Duet achieves the perfect combination of large-scale rapid measurement and small-scale high-resolution measurement, providing a “one-stop” solution for semiconductors, new materials and other fields.
