Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide after-sales technical support for precision instruments such as Atomic Force Microscopes (AFMs), including installation, training, trouble shooting, and repair.

2. Participate in the preparation of technical documentation, share team experience, and support product improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Main Tasks:

1. Inspect the installation site to verify that it meets equipment requirements.

2. Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and user training for atomic force microscopes(AFMs).

3. Respond to customer service requests via WeChat, phone, etc., conducting remote or onsite trouble shooting and repair.

4. Manage equipment installation workflows and sparepart inventories, collaborating with the team to drive business development.

5. Summarize service experiences into case studies and share them within the team.

6. Draft product operation manuals, maintenance guides, and other technical documents.

7. Provide feedback to the R&D department on product technology, quality, and design issues, and take part in product improvement, programming, or mechanical design activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (regular university admission) in Measurement & Control Technology & Instruments, Precision Instruments, Optoelectronics, Mechanical Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. Proficient in computer operations, with a solid foundation in electrical and automatic control theory; able to read mechanical drawings.

3. Clear logical thinking, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer communication abilities.

4. Fluent oral and written communication, proactive work attitude, outgoing personality, and willingness to travel on business trips for more than 50% of the time.

5. Prior experience with atomic force microscopes (AFMs), profilers, whitelight interferometers, or other precision instruments is preferred.

6. Good teamwork and learning capabilities; the direct supervisor and R&D team members hold PhDs from Tianjin University, offering a highquality growth environment.
